It’s during this time that we learn – uncover? – more about Luke as a character and as a man by finally just talking to him instead of at him.
Turns out, he’s way more different from the typical male than I thought.
Luke and the little creator are pushing forward to their next battle. The quicker they defeat it, the closer they get to escaping this realm and reuniting Luke with Naya for good.
Except they’re lost.
White numbered rocks have been serving as the markers to show that they’re going the right way, but when the rock numbers skip from “3” to “5” with no warning, the two of them realize that “part 4” of their path is more mysterious than expected.
The little creator and Luke start to lower their guards toward each other.
As personal truths, past failures, and present fears are revealed, a true camaraderie is formed between the two inside her multiverse of imagination.
A strange forest cloaked with black tar-like regrets and blanketed with the shadows of guilt.
